Than's Bargain Buy

As the market continues its downward spiral, Than and Joe find an opportunity — an over-leveraged house heading into foreclosure. The bank is eager to unload their money pit and agrees to a short sale that allows Than to buy the place for less than the amount owed. Than’s bargain quickly becomes Paul and JD’s headache.

Mulch Options
