Instead, you’ll be able to enjoy hiking trails that are groomed as nicely as the roads, and you’ll have an unfettered view of the stars every night of the year. The price of houses in Simsbury is incredibly reasonable considering how nice a piece of Connecticut real estate you’re getting for your money. You can grab a spacious four-bedroom home for around $230,000, and buyers with larger budgets can get a 7,000-square-foot manor for less than $1 million. While foreclosures aren’t common in the town, there are currently a few on the market worth investigating.
